Privacy Policy
Last updated: 10 August 2026. Warm Canopy Labs operates the SimpleComfort mobile app. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use the app.
1. Information we collect
To provide a seamless experience, SimpleComfort collects limited personal information. Account information includes your email address and username when you register or create a profile. If you choose to upload a profile picture or share images in the app, we access only the images you explicitly select. When you contact us through simplecomfort.app@gmail.com or in-app forms, we retain the contact information and messages needed to respond.
2. How we use your information
We use this information to create and manage your SimpleComfort account; enable profile customization, image sharing, and user interactions; provide support and respond to inquiries or account deletion requests; and enforce our Community Guidelines to help keep the platform safe.
3. Media and photo permissions
SimpleComfort requests access to photos on your device only so you can select and upload profile pictures or attach images in the app. We do not scan, collect, or store photos from your device library that you do not intentionally select for upload.
4. Data sharing and third parties
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data to third parties or advertisers. We share information only with service providers that host our app infrastructure, database services, and uploaded user assets securely, or when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the safety and rights of users, Warm Canopy Labs, or the public.
5. Account deletion and data retention
You may request account deletion and removal of associated profile data at any time through the in-app request form or by emailing simplecomfort.app@gmail.com. After verification, account data and uploaded media will be permanently deleted from our servers, except where limited retention is required by law or for legitimate safety and security purposes.
6. Child safety policy
SimpleComfort maintains a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse material or exploitation. Accounts that violate these standards are permanently banned and reported to the relevant legal authorities, including NCMEC when appropriate.

7. Changes and contact
