Child Safety Standards
Effective 10 August 2026. SimpleComfort is committed to creating a safe, respectful space for every person who uses our app.
Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation
SimpleComfort has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material, grooming, sexual exploitation, trafficking, or any content that endangers a child. We immediately remove prohibited material, suspend or permanently ban responsible accounts, preserve relevant records, and report suspected illegal activity to the appropriate authorities where required by law.
Reporting and response
If you encounter suspected child sexual abuse material, grooming, exploitation, or any content that may endanger a child, do not share, download, or investigate it yourself. Use the in-app reporting tools where available and email safety@warmcanopylabs.com with the profile name, relevant link or screen, and a brief description. We review reports promptly, take action under our policies, and cooperate with law enforcement and child-safety authorities as required by law.
Safety by design
We build SimpleComfort with age-appropriate design, clear community boundaries, and reporting pathways that are easy to find. We continually review our safeguards as the product evolves.
